St. Patricks Day Blessing upon you! Is what the title says. I love this day because we (my family) get to go back to my Irish roots (hence my maiden name McKellips) and have corned beef & cabbage traditional dinner. The picture looks gross but I am telling you it's one of my favorite dishes especially when you smother it in my Mom's special home made spicy mustard sauce. We had a good time with family on St. Patty's Day.
